BELLMONT STANDARD INTERIORS - Select either Birch plywood, Maple wood-grain melamine, or white melamine for your cabinet interior. All three choices the same price; and all three are ¾” thickness for strength and durability.
BIRCH PLYWOOD is an 11-ply light Birch coated with a protective UV cured semi-gloss finish. The beauty of the wood shows thru the clear top coat finish. This plywood also meets 2010 California Air Resource Board (CARB) standards for ultra-low formaldehyde emissions of less than 0.05ppm. With this interior selection, all shelves, tops, bottoms, and backs of the cabinet box are plywood.
MELAMINE CASE INTERIOR IS AN EXCELLENT ECO-FRIENDLY CHOICE. The melamine is thermo fused to a commercial grade ¾ particle board core. The thermo fuse processes provides one of the most durable cabinet interiors available today. And, this is an Environmentally Preferred Product (EPP)which is 100% reclaimed or recycled material content and extrememly low formaldehyde emissions which meets the very strict 2009 California Air Resource Board (CARB) requirements for formaldehyde emissions of less than 0.18 parts per million. This product meets LEEDs (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credit MR4.1, 4.2, 5.1, and 5.2 for reclaimed or recycled content and manufactured within 500 miles of the Pacific Crest factory.
